Having your surgery locally provides you with excellent care and support throughout the entire bariatric surgery process from your initial visit to your long-term follow-up care.

When you plan a gastric bypass out-of-state or country, it leaves many questions to ponder, including:

  • Who will do your follow-up care?
  • What happens if you have a complication?
  • How safe is traveling long distances immediately after surgery?
  • What are the costs of traveling for care, including airfare, hotel, and ground transportation?

When you choose to have your gastric bypass done locally at Anchorage Bariatrics, you’ll have a local team who is by your side every step of the way from preparation for the weight-loss surgery to aftercare and beyond.

Don’t risk your care to just anyone — Anchorage Bariatrics is here to provide you with exceptional care throughout your bariatric surgery journey.
