Sleep is a friend

Too tired to exercise? Then sleep. It has been proven that creating good sleeping habits can reduce your waist line! This is because having a good night’s sleep reduces stress hormones and keeps you happy!

Once you are well rested and on a regular sleeping routine, begin to incorporate light exercise. Even if you feel a bit tired and sluggish at first, once you start moving your body will respond and you’ll feel more awake and energized afterwards.

Stress hormones = comfort food cravings
Comfort foods = not healthy
