Kitchen Swap

Use nonfat Greek yogurt in place of mayonnaise or sour cream. Next time a recipe calls for either of these, go with nonfat Greek yogurt instead. It mimics their consistencies but not their calorie counts and fat contents. And by making the trade, you’re also adding an extra punch of protein unique to Greek yogurt. You may want to play around with seasonings, though, to spice things up a bit.
